Julie’s classes are always so thought out and well prepared and deliver the best workout whether that be Pilates, weights, core or HITT. There is always such a variety of exercises keeping the sessions fresh and engaging as well as challenging.

I remember Ju starting her zoom classes at the very beginning of lockdown March 2020 and can’t believe we’ve done a whole year the classes have been brilliant.
Ju has to be one of the most inspirational, committed and dedicated teacher I have ever known . She has kept us all going through these tough times and truly deserves a medal.
I first started training with Ju many years ago when she first did her boot camp lessons in her garden, and now has a lovely studio too. Ju’s classes have gone from strength to strength. I love the variety of her lessons which include Pilates & stretching, HILT, Core and Strength training with weights and no class is ever the same and Ju always has a smile on her face.
